Settle into RV1, a sunny riverside base for your next outdoor getaway, just about 50 feet from the Dry Fork River. The back-in gravel pad accommodates RVs up to 30 feet, with separate space for a car or pickup truck.

There is room between the parking areas for a 10-by-10-foot canopy or tent, plus space to extend your RV awning away from the firepit. A forest backdrop and a sunnier position than RV2–RV4 make this a welcoming spot for lounging outdoors.

Each site has 30-amp electricity, a 20-amp GFI outlet, and a seasonal water hookup. The campground and electricity are available year-round. Water is shut off from November 1 through April 15 for winterization. Bring your own RV or camper.

Enjoy a steel fire ring, slabwood benches, and space to relax outdoors. Clean porta-potties are nearby. The camp beach and other river access points offer places to explore the shoreline, swim, fish, or enjoy the water when conditions allow.

There are no sewer hookups or operating dump station at the campground. An on-site dump station is planned for 2027. Off-site dumping is available at Five Rivers Campground in Parsons for $10 through its honor-system, self-pay station. Enter through the main gate; the station and payment box are on the right. Please drive slowly.

Parsons is about 4 miles away for groceries, dining, and other services. The scenic road continues about 2.5 miles past camp for walks and bike rides with river views. The Hendricks swinging bridge is about half a mile toward town, with more river access nearby.

The base rate includes 4 guests. Maximum occupancy is 8, including children. Additional guests above 4 are $7.50 per person per night.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
