RV10 Primitive Riverfront RV site RV10 | Riverside RV & Tent Camping | No Hookups

$28-35/night
Allows pets Internet Firewood Provided Beach View Mountain Forest (more...)

Make yourself at home at RV10, an approximately 100-foot-wide riverside campsite with a peaceful forest backdrop. The RV pad extends about 45 feet back, with an entrance around 32 feet wide for back-in access. Fits RVs or campers up to 35 feet long plus your tow vehicle.

Your reservation includes an additional forest tent area extending toward the cabin village, suitable for a large, multi-room family tent. A log-lined trail connects this area to the main site. A designated, labeled parking space is accessible through the cabin village, with additional vehicle parking parallel to the road in front. Keep the road and neighboring access clear. The eight-person maximum applies to the entire site. Enjoy a steel fire ring, slabwood benches, and clean porta-potties nearby.

The Dry Fork River is just across the narrow, dead-end road, with the camp beach and other river access points nearby.

PRIMITIVE CAMPING & UTILITIES

This is a boondocking site with no electric, water, or sewer hookups. Quiet generators are welcome outside campground quiet hours, 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Shared water spigots and electricity for charging devices are available near the camp office cabin. Firewood bundles are available for purchase. The campground and electricity near the office are available year-round; water systems are shut down November 1 through April 15 for winterization.

For electric and seasonal water hookups, consider RV1–RV4. Those sites do not have sewer hookups.

RV DUMP STATION

There is currently no operating dump station at our campground. An on-site dump station is planned for 2027. Off-site dumping is available at Five Rivers Campground in Parsons, approximately 4 miles away, for a $10 honor-system fee. Enter through the main gate; the self-service dump station and payment box are on the right. Please drive slowly through their campground.

RIVER ADVENTURES & EXPLORING

Explore islands, rapids, and swimming holes when conditions allow. Parsons is approximately 4 miles away for groceries, restaurants, shopping, and services. More river access points lie upstream and downstream, within a walk, bike ride, or short drive. The scenic road continues about 2.5 miles past camp, and the Hendricks swinging bridge is about half a mile toward town.

GUESTS & ARRIVAL

The base rate includes 4 guests. Maximum occupancy is 8, including children, regardless of the number of tents or vehicles. Additional guests above 4 are $7.50 per person per night.

Check-in begins at 12 noon. Please check out by 12 noon on your departure day. Bring your own RV, tent, or camping equipment.
