With 255 square feet of cozy, rustic charm inside, the tipi is furnished with four comfortable cots topped with 2-inch mattress pads, so you can rest up for the next day’s adventures. Firewood is available nearby for a fee, ensuring that your tipi stays toasty while filling the air with the welcoming scent of campfire warmth. Just 100 feet from the river, you’re steps away from serene water views, fishing spots, and a peaceful beach for riverfront relaxation.

Plus, if you need additional sleeping space, consider booking our nearby Bohemian Bus site (C1) with two mini-buses decorated in eclectic, gypsy style and cozy sleeping quarters for up to 8 guests!

Brooklyn Heights Riverfront Campground spans 36 acres of pristine wilderness with winding trails, private riverfront access, and endless opportunities for nature lovers. From tubing and kayaking to sunset hikes and riverside campfires, this is the ultimate destination to unwind, connect with nature, and feel the thrill of the wild.

SLEEPING, BEDDING AND GROUP SIZE
Twelve guests are included in the nightly rate. The tipi contains four cots, each with a 2-inch sleeping mat. Bring your own tents and sleeping equipment for the rest of your group. Maximum 25 guests for the entire site; larger groups should rent additional nearby sites.

Sheets, blankets, pillows, comforters and sleeping bags are not provided; please bring all of your own bedding.

Children ages 2–12 count toward the included guest allowance and maximum occupancy. Infants under 2 stay free and are excluded from those counts.

GUEST CAPACITY AND BRING-YOUR-OWN TENTS
The maximum guest count is the total permitted overnight group size for this site, including guests camping outside in their own tents. It is not a promise of an indoor bed or furnished sleeping space for every guest. Refer to the sleeping arrangements above for the beds, cots, mats and any tents supplied with this booking. Guests using their own tents must bring their tents, sleeping equipment and bedding. All overnight guests, including tent campers, must be included in the reservation and remain within the site maximum; applicable extra-person fees apply. Bringing a tent does not increase the maximum occupancy.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 12 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
